Choose an appropriate setting for the session

Select a location in your restaurant with enough space for We Action Photography's equipment. The area should be clean and tidy, with tables available for setting up the scene.

Consider food presentation conditions

Pay close attention to the quality of the ingredients used for the dishes. Ingredients that are unattractive, overcooked, greasy, burnt, or not fresh will be noticeable in the photos or videos. Therefore, ensure that every detail counts to make the food look appetizing.

Prepare the food as planned

Take the time to create a list outlining the order in which each dish will be photographed or recorded. For example, if a dish needs to be gratinated but will be photographed at the end of the shoot, its appearance may change significantly. Prepare the dishes at the pace suggested by the photographer, and avoid exaggerating quantities to maintain consistency with the final presentation for the client.

Scene design and props

If your brand has established parameters in a brand manual, inform us so that we can carefully organize each scene and include the necessary accessories or utensils. If your brand allows freedom in scene recreation, we will plan the ideal composition based on your brand and target audience, ensuring your approval.

Focus on the details

Select an appropriate time for your session, assign specific tasks to each person accompanying us, and inform your chef in advance about the photo or video session so they can prepare the food accordingly. Keep extra plates, spoons, glasses, and other necessary items clean and free of stains to maintain a professional appearance in the photographs.

Review and adjust with us as needed

Periodically review the images during the session to ensure they meet your expectations. We will make adjustments as necessary to achieve the desired results. This is a team effort, so together with the chef, photographer, food stylist, our production manager, and you, we will work hand in hand to achieve the desired outcome.
